My name is Keena White, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Empowerment Coach based in New Jersey, I am here to guide you through this transformative process.
From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about understanding the human mind and assisting others in gaining insights into their true selves. This passion led me to embrace techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, and co-regulation techniques. My academic journey, currently as a doctoral student in counseling education, has only deepened my commitment to empowering individuals.
At Relative Counseling, I specialize in individual therapy, coaching, and soon to be offering self-paced online courses. My years of experience have allowed me to support individuals dealing with a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger -management, and family or relationship concerns.
I firmly believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and coaching. It's about creating a client-centered, goal-setting environment where we establish a realistic timeline for achieving your objectives. Goals are consistently re-evaluated to ensure that the support provided remains aligned with your needs.
